BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide: fifteen residues, sequence Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, supplied as the acetate salt in a 10mg lyophilised vial. It is the most frequently ordered single compound in this catalogue, and a constituent of the KLOW and GLOW blends.
About BPC-157
The name is a literature convention, not a description of any effect; the sequence is a fragment of a protein reported in human gastric juice. Two features matter on the bench. Residues 3 to 5 are three consecutive prolines, an unusual motif that stiffens the chain and is associated with the enzymatic resistance recorded in in-vitro stability work. And there is no cysteine in the sequence: no disulfide bridge to protect, no reducing agent or inert headspace needed.
There is also no tryptophan, tyrosine or phenylalanine. Lacking aromatic residues, BPC-157 has effectively no absorbance at 280nm, so A280 quantification does not work; purity is read by reverse-phase HPLC at low UV, on the peptide bond. Published literature is almost entirely preclinical animal work: no completed human trials, no approved indication anywhere. The World Anti-Doping Agency has listed it under category S0, non-approved substances, since 2022.

Storage and handling
Lyophilised, store at -20C, dark and desiccated; as a dry powder it tolerates weeks at ambient temperature, hence no cold chain in transit. Reconstituted, hold at 2-8C, take four weeks as the working limit, and aliquot rather than thaw repeatedly. Is this the same BPC-157 that is in your blends?

Why is there no 280nm purity figure on the certificate?
No aromatic amino acids: A280 needs tryptophan or tyrosine to absorb and BPC-157 has neither, so purity comes from RP-HPLC at low UV.
Does 10mg mean net peptide or gross fill weight?
It is the stated peptide content. The material is an acetate salt holding residual water, so gross weight is higher. If your work depends on net content, request the batch analysis.
